• Description What was an initial request to support Application Testing and Migration Support developed into a key staff augmentation. Responsibility to optimise month-end processes and manage data driven end-user applications and processes (high billion dollar reports).

• Outcome Highly successful delivery of services. Resources are embedded in the day-to-day organisation and are considered “key staff”. Resources are continuously deployed to support new projects, such as the migration of off-shore services.
