  • Client Large Swiss-based multi-national bank

  • Objective Outsource and partially off-shore 10+ Data Warehouse and Customer Relationship software components to Vicara. Multi-year KTLO (Run the Bank) service including Level 3 Support.

  • Description On-shore/off-shore mix, second and third level support, IT product management of the software components. Primary delivery resources and client side contacts are based in Switzerland. Engineering, testing and support staff is based in India.

  • Outcome Project is ongoing. Transition has been successfully completed and currently in a steady state where by the application area is fully managed by Vicara, the delivery team is embedded in the client side structures and processes.
