Our requirement is for a Business Analyst who can anticipate and organize requirements and develop technical solutions for business problems. This position is only open to Swiss and EU citizens or with a valid work permit.

Responsibilities

• Works effectively and individually with technical and non-technical team members and customers
• Oversees, and has accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work in terms of the business analysis
• Exercises independent judgment towards business analysis
• Effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming / consensus building skills, and interact with executive level project sponsors

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience and in-depth knowledge of Portfolio / Asset Management processes in the wealth management industry
• and understanding of the Wealth Management industry
• Minimum 5 years’ experience and solid track record of business analysis in the financial industry
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in agile projects
• Good understanding of Robo-Advisors and other technology-based investment platforms
• Excellent customer service skills with key goal of customer satisfaction and success
• Excellent solution-oriented mindset and problem-oriented thinking
• Excellent Written and Spoken English language skills
