  Outsource and partially off-shore 10+ Data Warehouse and Customer Relationship software components to Vicara. Multi-year KTLO (Run the Bank) service including Level 3 Support.

• Speciality
  On-shore/off-shore mix, second and third level support, IT product management of the software components. Primary delivery resources and client side contacts, Engineering, testing and support staff are based in India.

• Outcome
  Project is ongoing. Transition has been successfully completed and currently in a steady state where by the application area is fully managed by Vicara, the delivery team is embedded in the client side structures and processes.
